The Artist Athens

The staff upgraded me to a really nice room with an Acropolis view and they also allowed my small dog to stay with me. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was exceptional. Breakfast was nice and the neighborhood has a lot of delicious restaurants. If you like to walk this is the place for you - all the attractions, shopping, bars and restaurants are easy to reach. Bonus: location is also close to 2 Metro stations (Syntagma + Monastiraki) that go directly to Pireaus or the airport without having to change trains.

The property is amazing. Very clean, super location in the centre of Athens. Everything is curated in the details, including the breakfast cooked fresh for you every morning. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever tried. The staff is the real gem of the property: very professional and helpful.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the daily housekeeping was top-notch. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop, which offered stunning views of the Acropolis. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Nicky at the reception, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The hotel's location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I have no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything was wonderful- the room spacious and cool (AC in summer is essential!) the breakfast was the best we had all over Greece, but it’s the staff that really makes the place. They go out of their way to assist in every way, from directions around town, calling a ride, storing our luggage while we did side trips (they were our headquarters). Every single one of them was gracious, welcoming, and made us feel like family. When you arrive, you’re welcomed with the best lemonade you’ve ever had. The rooftop bar is a must - to sit up top in the evening and sip a Metaxa or a Greek Margarita (try it - it’s amazing!) while looking at the Acropolis, which is right there in front of your eyes, is a memory we’ll cherish.
